missing link in the weight loss game is how you eat. When eating
you should take your time and focus on chewing each mouthful a minimum
of 32 bites. The more you are able to chew your food, the easier

or not, struggle with keeping their hands out of the cookie jar during
the late night hours. If you absolutely must snack, select items
