Kirsty Alley recently appeared on Oprah to share that she had fallen off of her Jenny Craig weight loss plan. But you don’t have to fall of the wagon, and even if you do it is very simple to jump back on. So many people get caught up with trying to be perfect on a diet, and when they cheat, they feel like failures and give up all together. But you don’t have to…if you fall off, just get back on. One cheating incident won’t kill you but quitting your diet and exercise plan definitely will. No one is perfect, so allow for imperfections.
I don’t know if any of you is familiar with the show “Ruby” on the Style Network (cable t.v.) but her journey to weight loss is simply amazing and encouraging at the same time. If she can do it, anybody can lose weight. So I am challenging everyone reading this blog to begin their journey to losing weight today! Start a diet plan, either one you create orĀ Medifast diet type of plan, and begin an exercise regimen too! I’m beginning first thing tomorrow!
I don’t know about you, but when I’m doing my treadmill workout, I like to watch tv so that the time at least seems like it is passing by faster. That’s why you gotta have cable or satellite tv. I personally love my Direct TV; it keeps me entertained the entire time I’m on my treadmill!
