It is honestly a shame in America, a country with an over abundance of knowledge, that people have such problems losing weight. The rules have never changes regarding weight loss. Yet, for whatever reason, people quickly forget the 2 simple rules of weight loss and end up buying a millions books, reading all sorts of articles, and buying into so many weight loss gimmicks that were never going to work from the beginning. So for all the weight loss dummies out there, you need to follow only 2 recommendations: Healthy Eating and Exercise. Any products that you buy should follow at least one of those two principles. The Medifast Diet plan, for example, follows that principle that you should eat healthy.
Bowflex, is another example of a product that follows the exercise principle to weight loss. So again, for all the dummies out there, remember exercise and healthy eating.
