It’s not everyday that you purchase something that actually works, especially with the products that can be considered toys for the tech savvy. At the start of all of this, I was happy because I was able to take advantage of the huge discount from coupon codes for EFax, but a little bit anxiety coiled inside of me. Being technologically challenged, I know that purchasing this device, no matter what guarantees it’s site is giving it, will gain me an unwanted affair with it’s customer service line. All went pretty well for the first month, but at the start of the second month, the fears that I have had from the beginning was slowly taking form. The concern was, the machine is not able to read the attachment that the email had. But I soon found out that my fears were all unfounded because within no time, the problem was fixed. I haven’t got any problem ever since. If ever I would come face to face with a concern with my EFax, I really don’t care, because I know that there are dependable and amazing representatives that will help me fix it.
