The Customer Service Support Of Net 10 Is Just Off The Chart
There was a time that I was not receiving any calls with the phone I got from Net 10, when typically I would get about 20 calls a day, from my business partners, my secretary, friends and my wife. Suspicions then arise, but I had to go on with my day. So when I got to the office, my secretary told me that she was trying to get me for more than 5 times the whole morning, saying I wasn’t answering any of it. I showed her the call register and it was empty, but she was pretty sure that my end was ringing when she gave me a dial. I immediately called the phone company’s technical support. Thinking that I would spend the whole afternoon in fixing the problem, to my amazement, it only took about 15 minutes of my time. It’s that awesome, the wait was not the same as most telephone service support line, and the representative was very professional and outstanding.
As a person on the go, it does not help me to get stuck with glitches in my phone line. It’s a good thing that the support service of Net 10, gets this kind of frustration off my back. By the way, the discount coupons rock!
